History
This car was built in 1948 for CN by Canadian Car & Foundry as CN 5400, as part of lot 1724. It was taken
over by VIA in 1978, but not repainted. It was acquired by the S & H in 1984, and was repainted in 1986
and named "GRAND LAKE". In 1988 it was renovated as a Club Entertainment Coach and renamed "LE BISTRO".
CN designated it class PB-74-A. It is 26m (85' 4") long and weighs 66.8 tonnes (73.5 tons).
