History
This car was originally built as CN observation car 1065 "FORT PELLEY" by Canadian Car & Foundry in 1920 on lot
460, class DL-76-A. In June 1949 it was converted to a bedroom buffet lounge car. It was rebuilt again in
1964 as club lounge car 2310. The open observation platform was been closed in to permit the car to be used
mid-train. The end windows, which still allowed the car to be used as an end-of-train observation car, were
unusual in CN cars. This car was destroyed in the 1994 fire.
